The IBM i community is the centerpiece of the platform and the reason for its long-term success. The IBM Champions are the best of the best advocates for the platform, contributing so much of their time to mentoring others and providing feedback to IBM on future strategy and product requirements. But with so many active contributors in the IBM i community, how does one get recognized as an IBM Champion? In this session, Brandon Pederson, IBM i and Power Product Marketing Manager, will explain how IBM Champions are selected, the criteria nominating committees look for when selecting new IBM Champions, and how to get started applying to become an IBM Champion yourself.
